In December 2008, we communicated our plans for our People Forum. The primary purpose of this Forum is to give our people a platform to have their voice heard and to seek their views and ideas on the challenges and opportunities facing the business . This clearly demonstrates our commitment to giving our people a voice around the table. Twelve employees from across the business were elected to the Forum to ensure that we adequately reflect the diversity of roles, responsibilities, levels and locations at O2. Danuta Gray, our CEO chairs the forum meetings and the senior management team attend at various times throughout the year.
